On Sunday, 12 April, our parish joyfully celebrated Holy Pascha — the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Feast of Feasts and the heart of the whole Christian year. The faithful gathered for the Paschal Midnight Office and Matins, when the joyful proclamation rang out for the first time: "Christ is Risen! Indeed He is Risen!" The Divine Liturgy that followed was filled with light, singing, and the deep joy that only Pascha brings. Afterwards everyone remained together to share in the traditional blessing of food and a joyful Paschal meal. Photos from the celebration will be added here soon.
